Log book formation
Aqua Legion UK Ltd can help with records and documentation formation. As a standard part of our legionella risk assessments we clearly define the current condition of the site water management records and any measures required to bring them up to date and in compliance with the HSC recommendations.
The HSC Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) L8 “ The control of legionella bacteria in water systems” requires detailed records to be kept covering the water systems within a building.
It is a requirement of the Approved Code of Practice that all records must be held for at least two years, with any monitoring, inspection or testing records held for at least 5 years.
If you need help with the formation of adequate records system for the water quality in your building or if you feel you would like an independent review of your current records system to ensure it is compliant to HSC requirements please contact us to arrange a records review visit.
